I've now permanently moved my blog over to http://chocolateandvodka.com/ and will no long be updating this version, other than with the occasional summary of new posts. Joe Clark here, and no, I'm not going to "log in" just to comment. It would be nice if discussions of print-plus-electronic books could somehow stop rerereiterating the shibboleth that only Doctorow has done it. (Essentially, it's saying that lovable Cory did it, and he's the only one worth citing.) My book _Building Accessible Websites_ is still to this day available in print, via my Web site for nothing, and on O'Reilly Safari for pay. Who's really pushing the envelope?
