As far as I'm aware, no, there's no paid digital version. But if you want to support Lessig without the expense and complication of getting the printed version, best bet is to do so by getting involved in making derivative works or promoting the original online. Lessig's interested more in getting his message out than in money, and if you agree with him then promoting the original book would be the way to go.
