I'm interested in the role that the lawmakers will play in all of this. Will they play a purely litigative role, sanitizing the carnage that results from the evolution of copyright law? Or will they use transaction power to shape the emerging structures as we go? Clearly, a blend of both is called for. I am just starting legal research in this area...any suggestions on source materials is appreciated: eblums@hotmail.com
