Some of us are here only because we're desperately scanning the net for clues about what sort of jobs will let us retain the remaining vestiges of our sanity :-) (The only job ads I've ever seen where they were actually looking for generalists were for "human resources generalists", a job title about which I actually _know_ nothing, but strongly suspect it to be a euphemism for "one individual who can do the job of a whole department for a single salary, at least until s/he collapses".) -David
