 I've now permanently moved my blog over to http://chocolateandvodka.com/ and will no long be updating this version, other than with the occasional summary of new posts. Please do not leave comments here, but instead find the equivalent post on my new site, and comment there instead. I think the country will have a really big impact on what we do and how we live, because it will have a big impact on the cost of housing and living. We can get a nice big house with a bit of land in various areas in the US for a lot less money than the UK. (Equally, there are places in the US where it's nearly as expensive as the UK, but I don't think we'll be wanting to move there.)
