I've now permanently moved my blog over to http://chocolateandvodka.com/ and will no long be updating this version, other than with the occasional summary of new posts. Please do not leave comments here, but instead find the equivalent post on my new site, and comment there instead. I have an account, but perhaps because I didn't know anyone there and because the graphics are primitive and the interface clumsy compared to the likes of World of Warcraft I got bored after five minutes and haven't been back.
