I've now permanently moved my blog over to http://chocolateandvodka.com/ and will no long be updating this version, other than with the occasional summary of new posts. Please do not leave comments here, but instead find the equivalent post on my new site, and comment there instead. zappos.com has both the campus and the gazelle in blue, in half size increments starting at US men's 5.5(UK women's 4.5) and US men's 5 (UK women's 4), for $63.95 (£36.72) and $68.95 (£39.58) respectively. they don't ship out of the US, but you probably have them sent to an american friend and have them forward them on to you.
