I've now permanently moved my blog over to http://chocolateandvodka.com/ and will no long be updating this version, other than with the occasional summary of new posts. Please do not leave comments here, but instead find the equivalent post on my new site, and comment there instead. What ever happened to the Microwriter? It was a one-handed (chorded) keyboard system invented by (of all people) Cy Endfield, director of "Zulu". The original units were a bit clunky, but I imagine you'd be able to build one into a mouse by now. This is the only link I've been able to turn up : http://www.ericlindsay.com/palmtop/mwrite.htm Unfortunately, it seems that they were all right-handed, making them useless for left-handers like me.
