Speech recognition for transcription

There is a technique called 'Hullfishing' after Steve Hullfish who came up with it, where you use a speech recognition system trained with your voice, then repeat the words others speak into it to get good quality transcription. Hard to do live though unless you wear some kind of muffling mask.
