I've now permanently moved my blog over to http://chocolateandvodka.com/ and will no long be updating this version, other than with the occasional summary of new posts. Please do not leave comments here, but instead find the equivalent post on my new site, and comment there instead. Comments left here will not be published, as I'd like to keep things all together on the new installation. Sorry if this is an inconvenience.

Which part of north Wales are you moving to? Makes a big difference.... I love the north-west - Snowdonia and Pen Llŷn. Llanberis, tucked in between the mountains, has a great, laid-back climbing scene, and Pete's Eats. Abersoch has the sea, and the surfing scene. Castles, everywhere, lovely countryside. Great pubs in Caernarfon. Bangor's OK I suppose, I don't know it well, but it's a university town with all that that means... The North-East, errmm I don't know so well. I have a feeling you're moving to this part, though? 恭喜发财, btw!
