Whether using blogs for marketing is a good or bad thing in general (and I sit firmly on the "bad" side of the fence for this at the moment I have to add!) this is just plain dumb and stupid. Not to mention in bad taste and disrespectful to the owner of the original post. Not all marketeers are bad people (I don't think I am) but this is an idiotic move and I hope it gets a lot of notice in the industry, or certainly the agency it originated from and they realise that the blogosphere won't stand for this kind of abuse, and nor should they have to. These kind of marketeers are few and far between I believe, and on about the same level as spammers.
