I've now permanently moved my blog over to http://chocolateandvodka.com/ and will no long be updating this version, other than with the occasional summary of new posts. Please do not leave comments here, but instead find the equivalent post on my new site, and comment there instead. you sound fine... what i'd suggest is to script it. you write before you speak, like a presentation you speak it twice to yourself, then it is a public presentation. of course, you might not go to the public presentation route of course. then you get more of the audioblog thing you have been talking about.
