I'm working on a silly little project, but I need data. If you happen to be in the UK, and a drinker of non-diet soft drinks, can you take a look at the bottle and leave a comment for me with this data:
Full name of drink
Size of bottle or can in ml
Grams of sugar per 100ml (in the nutritional data, under "Carbohydrates, of which Sugar")
I am only looking for British full-fat, non-diet drinks, not stuff like 'Coke Zero' or any of that malarky.
Results up here when I have enough data.
Thanks!

Re: The Cake Project
Here goes...might as well get the easy ones out of the way first...
Coca Cola 330ml can 10.6 g Re: The Cake Project
Okay, in the fridge there's:
Sainsbury's Apple & Raspberry Juice Drink - 12.0g Sainsbury's Cranberry & Raspberry Juice Drink - 10.0g And on the side the Bottlegreen Elderflower Cordial only gives me a carbohydrate value, and it's "per 100ml diluted at a ratio of 1:10", and if the value is any use it's 5.6g. I'm intrigued now, although a little disappointed that it's actually a project about drinks rather than cake... Re: Re: The Cake Project

Thanks Adrian. Are the juice drinks to be diluted too, or are they drunk as is? If the latter, can you tell me the volume of the bottle? Thanks!
And there will be cake. Oh yes, there will be cake. Just not at this stage in the proceedings. Re: Re: Re: The Cake Project
Good. Glad to hear there'll be cake, although I've yet to find a way to deliver it via the Internet. It's been all pictures and descriptions so far when cake features on my blog...
And the juice drinks are meant to be drunk as is - they're sold alongside the fresh orange juice and the like, and are just watered down fruit juice really. Re: The Cake Project
7-UP
11.4 g per 100ml Re: The Cake Project
Wells Apple and Blackcurrant Juice with no added sugar:
1g per 100ml undiluted (probably 0.2g per 100ml dilute) And I know where the cakes come in... Re: The Cake Project
